Reconciliation
“I forgive you of all of your sins, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.” -The “Words of Absolution“
The forgiveness of sins committed after Baptism is celebrated by a particular sacrament called the sacrament of conversion, confession, penance, or reconciliation. Individuals, ages 7 and older, are encouraged to make frequent use of this Sacrament. Confession is available Saturday from 4-4:45pm
First Reconciliation for Children
Children who wish to receive their First Reconciliation participate in our Sacramental Preparation Program. This sacrament and the sacrament of First Eucharist are generally received in the second grade.
